Description

The Ford Model A Roadster was an open two-seater car produced by the Ford Motor Company between 1928 and 1931. It was one of several body styles of the Ford Model A, which was designed to replace the popular Ford Model T. The Ford Model A Roadster had a sleek, streamlined body and was originally powered by a 3.3-liter four-cylinder engine that produced about 40 horsepower. The car had a top speed of about 70 km/h. The car had a lightweight but strong steel frame and independent suspension. The Ford Model A Roadster was a popular car at the time and was produced in large numbers. It was also an affordable car that was accessible to many Americans in the 1920s and 30s of the last century. Today, there are still many Ford Model A Roadsters in the possession of collectors and classic car enthusiasts, and they are popular at car shows and other classic car events due to their iconic appearance. The cars on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the cars. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the cars and the engines is unknown to us. You can inspect the cars on the viewing days for which you have to make a reservation through our ticketshop.
