Description

The Alfa Romeo 2600 Sprint is a sporty Coupé produced by the Italian car brand Alfa Romeo between 1962 and 1966. It was the successor of the Alfa Romeo 2000 Sprint and was produced in a limited edition of only 6,999 units. The 2600 Sprint was equipped with a 2.6-liter six-cylinder engine that produced 145 horsepower and a top speed of approximately 200 km/h. The 2600 sprint had a streamlined and elegant body designed by Italian coachbuilder Bertone. It had a sporty interior with leather upholstery and a wooden steering wheel. The Alfa Romeo 2600 Sprint was one of the most expensive and exclusive cars of its time and was mainly sold to the upper class. Today, a 2600 Sprint is considered a highly sought after classic car due to its rarity, stylish design and excellent performance. The cars on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the cars. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the cars and the engines is unknown to us. You can inspect the cars on the viewing days for which you have to make a reservation through our ticketshop.
