Description

The Fiat 130 Coupé Automatic is the automatic version of the Fiat 130 Coupé, a sporty coupé produced between 1971 and 1977. The car was intended to replace the 2300 Coupé and was built in a limited edition. Paolo Martin of the design agency Pininfarina de Coupé designed the floorpan of the 130 Berlin. Pininfarina also took over the production of this version. Several later cars were influenced by this design, such as the Rolls-Royce Camargue and the Peugeot 604 designed by Martin. The Fiat 130 Coupé Automatic was equipped with a 3.2-liter V6 engine producing about 165 horsepower and a three-speed automatic transmission. The design of the car was modern and sporty, with sharp lines and a streamlined body. The interior of the Fiat 130 Coupé Automatic was luxurious and comfortable, with high quality materials and plenty of space for four passengers. The Fiat 130 Coupé Automatic had similar performance to the manual version, with a top speed of about 200 km/h. However, the automatic transmission made driving the car easier and more comfortable, especially in heavy traffic or on long journeys. It is a rather rare car with only 4,493 units produced. The cars on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the cars. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the cars and the engines is unknown to us. You can inspect the cars on the viewing days for which you have to make a reservation through our ticketshop.
