Description

The Moto Guzzi 125 was a lightweight motorcycle produced by the Italian company Moto Guzzi between 1978 and 1980. The motorcycle was intended to be an affordable and reliable motorcycle for everyday use, and was suitable for younger riders due to its light weight, easy maneuverability and affordability. The Moto Guzzi 125 was equipped with an air-cooled two-stroke engine with a capacity of 123cc, which produced around 12 horsepower. The engine was coupled to a 5-speed manual gearbox and the motorcycle had a top speed of approximately 100 km/h. The 125 was easy to maintain and repair, which contributed to its popularity. The design of the Moto Guzzi 125 was simple and functional, with a steel frame, streamlined tank and comfortable saddle. The bike was available in different colors and models, including a sport version with a modified exhaust and racing management. The Moto Guzzi 125 was suitable for commuting and leisure, and was often used for riding around town. Today, the Moto Guzzi 125 and other classic Moto Guzzi models are sought after by collectors for their nostalgic value and stylish design. The lots on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the lots. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the lots and the engines is unknown to us. You can inspect the lots on the viewing days for which you have to make a reservation through our ticketshop.
