The Gilera 300 Extra is a classic motorcycle produced by the Italian company Gilera from 1960 to 1967. It was a sporty version of the Gilera 300 and was considered one of the best motorcycles of its time. The Gilera 300 extra was equipped with an air-cooled four-stroke engine with a capacity of 299 cc, which produced about 20 hp. The engine was coupled to a 4-speed manual gearbox and the bike had a top speed of about 130 km/h. The design of the Gilera 300 extra was streamlined and sporty, with a slim frame and an aggressive look. The Gilera 300 extra was popular with riders looking for a fast and sporty bike. Today it is a sought-after classic among collectors because of its rarity and historical value. The lots on offer are part of a static collection that has been accumulated over the last 40 years. They are mainly in an unrestored, original but dusty condition. We have not tried to start any of the lots. We have been informed that the engines have been turned, on a regular basis, but the exact condition of the lots and the engines is unknown to us. You can inspect the lots on the viewing days for which you have to make a reservation through our ticketshop.
