The car offered here is from the collection of BP Classics. The following information was made available by the seller.
In the past, this car was rebuilt as a G-model Porsche and the last owner wanted to rebuild it and disassembled it. We traded this car in for a running Porsche. The engine is not original but is the required 2.2 6-cylinder base block complete with crankshaft, camshafts, chains, pistons, cylinders and heads, cam covers, and since we do not know the condition, it will need an overhaul! Associated parts such as carburetors etc. are missing, as well as no gearbox.
The car comes with new floor panels in a box, used rear hood, used wings, doors, front and rear windows, front bumper, rear plate, wiring with connectors, and some other parts that you see in the pictures and will be shown on the viewing day. The seller has some contacts that can help you get new or used parts you need for this project, or you can find a donor car.
