Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Sport Berlina GT 1953

This 1953 Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Sport Berlina GT is one of the last examples to roll off the production line. Finished in the elegant color Rosso Scuro and equipped with the original matching numbers SS engine with three single Weber carburetors, this is a rare example. Only 119 examples of this Series 3 were produced, and the location of only 18 is known worldwide. This example comes with the official Alfa Romeo Certificato d'Origine.

Beautiful bodywork and cared-for interior

The bodywork of this Gran Turismo is beautifully designed, with clean lines and a classy appearance. The sheet metal is very clean, and the fits are exactly as they should be. The underside of the car is also in good condition. The interior, executed with original materials, looks particularly well maintained and exudes the same elegance as the exterior.

Historic value and rarity

This particular example was delivered new on July 21, 1953 by Alfa Romeo Lugano and has had only two owners. The 6C 2500 was a symbol of speed and luxury in the 1940s and 1950s, and this model remains an iconic representative of Alfa Romeo's heritage. The discovery of this example, number 18 of the 119, only in 1993, underscores how rare this car is.
